It was actually pierced to be an “orbital piercing” but I just wanted a cartilage and two separate cartilage piercings would’ve been $40, and an orbital was the same type of process and only costs $20. But yes, I did get my cartilage piercings probably …a minute apart. As for the tragus, I got that on my 18th birthday. The cartilage piercing hurts more than the tragus, I think. Probably because I got one after the other. But I assume the healing process for my cartilage & tragus will be the same.
It took probably 6 full months to completely heal for me I guess, but I actually stopped wearing it when it was healing and then the tragus closed up on me and I repierced it myself because I’m asian, and I’m cheap (didn’t want to pay another $20 because of my stupidity) so I used a regular sewing needle, sterilized it and did it myself. AHH the second time was hell. Since I repierced it on scar tissue = no bueno. So as long as you keep something in it and keep it clean during the entire process, you shouldn’t have a problem :D
